- The Role
- You will be responsible for the technical supervision and hands-on management of site installations, including industrial tents, event marquees, and architectural tensile membranes.
- You must ensure all structures are safely anchored, perfectly tensioned, and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution:
- Lead the assembly of aluminum and steel frame structures and specialized fabric membranes.
- Technical Oversight:
- Ensure all installations meet structural engineering drawings and wind-load specifications.
- Site Surveying:
- Conduct precise leveling and assessments for anchoring (pegging, weights, or bolts).
- Team Leadership:
- Manage rigging crews and subcontractors effectively under tight deadlines.
• Safety & Quality
Enforce zero-tolerance safety standards and perform final quality inspections.
