About the Role
Ascend Group seeks a Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, review drawings, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 5+ years experience, and UPDA/MMUP certification preferred.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day to day construction activities on site.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare site reports, inspections, and project documentation.
- Conduct quantity take offs and verify BOQs.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant construction experience
- UPDA/MMUP Certification preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Experience in Qatar/GCC projects preferred.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project responsibilities.
