Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Follow up the project with client
- Ensure details and design are going as per approved shop drawings from Kuwait’s office
- Daily reports for project and current progress to Kuwait’s office
- Monitor progress, address issues, and adjust plans as needed
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and present project reports
- Oversee resources, mitigate risks, and lead project meetings
Requirements
- Experience required 7 to 10 years
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and foster collaboration
