Job Summary
Supervise construction activities at the project site and ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor project schedules and assist in achieving project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support at the site.
- Measure completed work and verify contractor bills.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Assist in project planning, material management, and resource allocation.
