Site Engineer (Civil)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress against approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and documentation.
• Assist with measurements and checks related to contractor billing.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with architects, consultants, and quality teams.
• Identify site issues and escalate them for timely resolution.
• Verify material availability and quantities and monitor material usage to reduce wastage.
• Conduct quality checks and support project planning, scheduling, and progress reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• At least 8–10 years of experience.
• High-rise or group housing residential project experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Hands-on experience supervising contractors and labour teams.
• Ability to prepare daily reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹60,000.00–₹70,000.00 per month.

• Work location is in person.
