Site Engineer (Civil)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site staff.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion.
• Check materials and ensure proper utilization at site.
• Maintain daily site reports and work records.
• Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
• Handle basic site-related issues and coordinate with the project team.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Experience in high-rise residential construction preferred.
• Good knowledge of civil construction and site activities.
• Ability to manage workers and contractors effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.
