Site Engineer (Civil)

• Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish
• Managing on-site activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and regulations
• Directing and guiding site personnel, including engineers, subcontractors, and laborers, to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards
• Monitoring construction processes to maintain high-quality standards and minimize defects or errors
• Managing project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost-saving measures
• Ensuring that construction activities are completed on time, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to avoid delays
• Enforcing safety protocols and regulations to protect workers and mitigate potential hazards on the construction site
• Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as design changes, material shortages, or conflicts among stakeholders
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and resolving disputes
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to resolve construction-related issues and ensure compliance with engineering standards and specificationsIdentifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and best practices implementation to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
