Role Overview
The position is for a Site Engineer specializing in Civil work.
The engineer will manage construction execution, structural work, interior work, contractor coordination, and project reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain construction projects safely, on schedule, and sustainably.
- Provide advice and resolve emerging problems or deficiencies.
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate contractors for timely and quality execution.
- Monitor progress and compile project status reports.
- Monitor and supervise structural building work.
- Oversee all interior work.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a similar field is required.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Sound knowledge of engineering, construction, and design is required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills are required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is ₹25,000 to ₹32,000 per month.
