Role Overview
The role oversees construction activities for architectural, MEP, and commercial fit-out projects.
The position coordinates project teams, subcontractors, consultants, mall management, and other stakeholders.
Project Execution and Site Management
- Execute architectural and MEP works according to project scope, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Supervise site activities and verify dimensions, levels, readings, cleanliness, security, and site standards.
- Identify and resolve construction issues or escalate conflicts to the appropriate personnel.
Coordination and Scheduling
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors, joinery teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, material deliveries, milestones, and progress adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate communication with project teams and mall management to support smooth project operations.
Documentation and Quality
- Maintain records for day work, permits, material inventory, progress reports, and project activities.
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with standards, specifications, drawings, and project timelines.
- Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or graduation in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
- Two to four years of UAE commercial fit-out work experience.
- Experience in retail or F&B fit-out projects.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work at different hours.
- English and Hindi are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
- Benefits include a company car, fuel, and Salik.

- The work location is in person.
