Role Overview
Oversee on-site execution and coordination of façade installation projects.
Act as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and clients to support progress and problem resolution.
Engineering and Inspection
- Read AutoCAD and 3D files and prepare façade design documentation.
- Prepare engineering calculations and façade structural analysis.
- Measure façades, record level differences, and prepare quality reports.
- Conduct site inspections safely, including work on scaffolding.
Coordination and Advisory Work
- Advise clients on buildability and façade construction processes.
- Coordinate with main contractors and specialist subcontractors.
- Review contractor technical submittals.
- Support refurbishment projects and submit regular site reports.
