Job Role
The Site Engineer will oversee on-site execution and coordination of façade installation projects.
The role ensures efficient and safe work that complies with design specifications and quality standards.
The position acts as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and clients on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Read AutoCAD and 3D files to communicate design intent and prepare façade design documentation.
- Prepare engineering calculations and façade structural analysis based on site conditions.
- Measure constructed façades, record level differences, and prepare quality reports.
- Conduct safe site inspections using scaffolding and appropriate safety equipment.
- Advise clients on buildability and façade construction processes.
- Coordinate with main contractors and specialist subcontractors.
- Review and advise on contractors’ technical submittals.
- Verify construction against approved designs and specifications during site visits.
- Provide façade advisory support for refurbishment projects.
