- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout project execution
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Resolve technical issues encountered on site and provide practical engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Coordinate material deliveries and manpower requirements
- Attend site meetings and represent the company professionally
