Role Overview
The Site Engineer will oversee daily operations at construction sites.
The role coordinates contractors, supports quality control, and monitors timelines for successful project delivery.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- The role is suitable for candidates with 0–1 years of site-based construction or engineering experience.
- Familiarity with project management tools and site safety regulations is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other site personnel.
- Maintain site records, prepare daily reports, and track progress.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed on site.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software is required.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials is required.
