Site Engineer

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction/site activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain proper quality control.
• Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, and site documentation.
• Check materials and ensure proper usage as per project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction regulations.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and report site progress and issues.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision.
• Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and project teams.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
