Site Engineer (168764)

Ventia is seeking a Site Engineer to join our Telecommunications team supporting the NBN Network to Premises (N2P) Project.

Based in Melbourne or Perth, you'll play a key role in delivering one of Australia's largest fibre upgrade programs while working alongside experienced industry professionals and finding your further with Ventia.

As a Site Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of NBN fibre projects, ensuring quality outcomes, timely delivery and effective coordination across stakeholders.

Additionally, you'll:

• Coordinate multiple projects to achieve delivery milestones and KPIs
• Validate designs, surveys and construction documentation
• Manage subcontractor activities and project progress updates
• Support issue resolution across design, construction and field delivery
• Coordinate material and logistics requirements for project delivery
• Prepare project reports, schedules and stakeholder updates

About you

• Experience delivering projects across NBN, Telstra or carrier network environments highly regarded
• Ability to interpret engineering, survey and construction drawings
• Strong stakeholder management and subcontractor coordination skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Degree-qualified engineers are encouraged to apply, though solid NBN project experience will also be considered
