Site Engineer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
• Plan labor, material, and equipment schedules to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
• Monitor progress and support timely project completion within budget.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and identify challenges that may cause delays.
• Verify measurements, prepare progress reports, and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain site inventory.
• Attend client and consultant meetings and provide project updates.
• Ensure finishing quality and timely project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or interior project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru.
• Immediate joiners and candidates currently residing in Bengaluru are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay is ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month.
• Paid time off is provided.

• Work location is in person.
