Job Summary
Site Engineer position for construction and finishing of a high-end private villa in Qatar.
The role supervises civil, architectural, finishing, and related MEP works against approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
Experience with finishing works on high-end residential, villa, hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or luxury projects is preferred.

- Employment type is full-time.
- The project is a high-end private villa residential construction and fit-out project in Qatar.
- The role requires day-to-day presence and supervision on the construction site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Monitor architectural and finishing works including flooring, tiling, marble, natural stone, gypsum, ceilings, painting, joinery, cabinetry, doors, ironmongery, waterproofing, façade finishes, and sanitary fixtures.
- Coordinate civil and architectural works with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, fire systems, lighting, and other MEP services.
- Identify drawing clashes, coordinate stakeholders and subcontractors, and review shop drawings and material submittals.
