Role Overview
The Site Engineer manages end-to-end site execution and coordination for interior, signage, branding, and visual management projects.
The role connects site operations, customers, vendors, supervisors, and internal teams while supporting delivery to drawings, BOQ, quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
The role reports to the UX Engineer and covers Bangalore, Hyderabad, Raigarh, and Kurnool project locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute site activities according to approved drawings, BOQ, and customer requirements.
- Monitor execution, quality, safety, materials, manpower, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, supervisors, and internal teams and arrange permits and gate passes.
- Track expenses, billing records, material usage, shortages, damage, procurement, and equipment hiring.
- Resolve installation, design, customer, and execution issues and escalate risks and delays proactively.
- Share daily progress updates and maintain completion reports, execution summaries, DPRs, and other site records.
- Manage site-team travel and logistics and support recruitment, training, and development of site manpower.
