- Oversee installation of
- solar modules, string wiring, junction boxes, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels

- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams for smooth site execution.
- Ensure compliance with
- approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications

Supervise
- DC cabling, AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection systems

- Perform
- testing and commissioning
- of inverters, transformers, panels, and protection systems.
- Carry out
- IR, continuity, polarity, and functional tests

- Support grid synchronization and handover to client/utility.
- Ensure adherence to
- electrical safety norms
- , project HSE policies, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain quality standards and conduct inspections as per
- QA/QC checklists

- Identify and resolve site execution issues proactively.

- vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
