Core responsibilities

• Support site management in achieving EHS performance goals.
• Implement EHS policies and improvement plans.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments and implement control measures.

Qualifications

• A university degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• A health and safety qualification recognized by local authorities.
• An environmental qualification at diploma or degree level is desirable.
• Proven experience or understanding of EHS risk assessment and management.
• Knowledge of EHS management systems and statutory compliance.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Analytical thinking, a rigorous mindset, and computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools.
