Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation, records, and correspondence.
- Control the issuance, distribution, revision, and retrieval of project documents.
- Maintain accurate document registers and tracking logs.
- Ensure documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Coordinate document submittals between consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor workflows and ensure timely responses and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company and project document control procedures.
- Prepare transmittals, reports, and document status updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and document integrity.
- Support project teams with document management and administrative requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably with an engineering or consultancy company.
- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project consultancy is preferred.
- Good knowledge of document control procedures and project documentation.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project documents, deadlines, and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with consultants, clients, contractors, and project teams.
