Role Responsibilities
- Organize, distribute, and file project-related documents while maintaining document control and version management.
- Coordinate gate pass applications and renewals for personnel and equipment in line with site entry requirements.
- Track and schedule on-site movement of materials and manpower based on project needs.
- Collect, verify, and reconcile employee timesheets for reporting and payroll processing.
- Assist project managers and team members with preparing, reviewing, and submitting key project documents.
- Oversee local purchasing, supplier coordination, and accurate, timely invoicing.
- Coordinate logistics activities between departments, suppliers, and site teams.
- Prepare progress reports on logistics, material status, and manpower allocations for project management review.

- The role manages gate pass applications and renewals to meet site entry requirements.
Requirements
