This role supports the project site team by providing on-site administrative, logistical, and quality support under the direction of the Site Superintendent. You’ll be responsible for coordinating material handling, tool tracking, documentation, and reporting that directly impacts site efficiency, safety, and production tracking. Success in this role means maintaining organization, accountability, and accurate reporting across materials, tools, and crew progress, all while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Oversee and accept all material and equipment deliveries, ensuring proper offloading, storage, and accountability

Coordinate material handling and report shortages or discrepancies to the Site Superintendent and Project Management team
