Requirements
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design
- Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams
- Proficiency in Planning and construction coordination
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field
- Experience in site supervision for infrastructure or building projects, preferably in Abu Dhabi or wider UAE
- Familiarity with relevant local codes, standards, and permitting processes

Role Description
- The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day to day civil works at project sites in Abu Dhabi, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- This full time, on site role involves monitoring construction activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution.
- The Site Civil Engineer will review drawings and engineering documents, verify quantities, support planning and scheduling, and provide input on construction methods and sequencing.
- The role includes conducting site inspections, preparing progress reports, supporting quality control procedures, and collaborating closely with project managers and other engineering disciplines to keep work on track.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply engineering standards on site.
- Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams, contributing to multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Proficiency in Planning and construction coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and related infrastructure design and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional certification or membership in an engineering body is an advantage.
- Experience in site supervision for infrastructure or building projects, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE.
- Familiarity with relevant local codes, standards, and permitting processes, as well as common civil engineering software tools.
