Role and Location
Site Civil Engineer role based in Bechraji/Vithalapur, Ahmedabad district, approximately 77 km from Ahmedabad.
The client is described as an MNC Japanese construction company.
Experience and Education
- Requires 7 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Experience with industrial projects is preferred.
- Accepts a Diploma, B.E./B.Tech, or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Site Responsibilities
- Interpret drawings and work according to plan, section, dimensions, and specifications.
- Plot lines and levels on the construction site.
- Prepare bar bending schedules and construction schedules.
- Allocate work to workers according to site requirements.
- Supervise construction activities and monitor civil work quality.
- Identify material, manpower, and machinery requirements.
- Record labour, machinery, concrete, shuttering, and other material usage.
- Monitor health and safety regulations at the site.
Technical and Language Skills
- Requires AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
