Qualification: Architect / Interior Designer.
Work Experience: Min 10 Yrs.
Prior Hotel Interiors Experience: Must.
To have proficiency in all Interior domains..Finishes..Fitout..FF&E..MEP & Kitchen coordination.
Particular Responsibilities: To liaise with all Project Stakeholders..Developer..Operator..Consultants..Contractors.
To validate shop drgs..materials..mockups..site inspections.
Reporting on project progress and assistance on commercial issues.
