Role Overview
Manage architectural and fit-out project execution on site through final handover.
The role is based on active construction sites and includes direct supervision of architectural and fit-out works.
Projects include administrative buildings and government projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Strong experience in fit-out project execution and management.
- Proven experience with administrative buildings and government projects.
- Strong site-based project management and execution experience.
- Ability to read and review architectural drawings and shop drawings.
- Good knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and architectural details.
- Ability to lead site teams and manage contractors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Site Management
- Manage the project on site and directly supervise architectural and fit-out works.
- Lead the site team and coordinate contractors to support smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
