About the Role
10 Design is looking for a Site Architect to ensure architectural integrity and project compliance on construction projects. The role involves reviewing submissions, leading coordination, and implementing QA/QC.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews and monitoring of construction related architectural submissions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
- Orchestrate coordination between various disciplines
- Implement and oversee the Assurance system
- Review IFC package and carry out QA/QC for drawings
- Review architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details for completeness and compliance
- Review interfacing details with façade, landscape, ID, external areas
- Ensure standard details are provided and advise on additional details for constructability
- Review Front of House, Common areas, Back of House, Service rooms details
- Review specific details of handrails, corridors, staircase, fire escape routes for constructability and compliance
- Review lifts and VT details with ID finishes coordination
- Review soft and hard landscape, swimming pools and related architectural/ID details
Requirements
- Experience in architectural site supervision and project compliance
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methodologies, and local building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and report writing skills in English

Job Description

- Provide authoritative leadership and expert mentorship to team members.
- Orchestrate seamless coordination between various disciplines.
- Implement and oversee the Assurance system with utmost diligence.
- Review of current IFC package.
- Carry out QA/QC for the current status of drawings in conjunction to the Architectural specification.
- Review the Architectural plans, elevations, sectional drawings, details etc., and ensure its completeness / compliance.
- Review and advise on all the interfacing details with Façade, landscape, ID, external areas etc.
- Ensure that all standard details are provided and advise for any additional details.
- Review and ensure that all Front of House areas, Common areas, Back of House areas, Service rooms details are provided.
- Review and advise on specific details of handrails, corridors, staircase, fire escape routes.
- Review and advise on Lifts and VT details and compliances.
