Site Administration Duties

  • Coordinate daily site administration activities and support site management
  • Maintain employee attendance records, timesheets, and manpower reports
  • Manage employee mobilization and demobilization processes
  • Coordinate site access passes, gate permits, and access card activations
  • Arrange transportation, accommodation, and other logistics requirements
  • Coordinate employee inductions, mandatory training, and certification tracking
  • Act as the focal point for employee administrative matters and welfare concerns
  • Organize employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  • Maintain personnel records, documentation, and compliance reports
  • Liaise with HR, Logistics, Security, HSE, and Project teams to ensure effective site operations
  • Prepare periodic reports related to manpower, attendance, mobilization, and administration
