Job Statement
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our Bruno-Lewis site.
This is a fast-paced role where you will have the opportunity to showcase your administrative skills.
Your ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and manage multiple priorities, will be key to your success.
The Opportunity
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site Project Manager
- Process Site Access Compliance applications in an efficient and timely manner
- Coordinate and administer all travel, accommodation, inductions, issuing of PPE and associated site access requirements for site employees, contractors and visitors
- Monitor and reinforce compliance requirements for visitor, new employee and contractor site entry procedures
- Timely processing and follow up of camp maintenance requests
- Maintain office supplies and general housekeeping
- Processing and validation of fleet management data and EOM reporting
