You’ll support crews on the ground, keep our sites running smoothly and be part of a team that values capability, reliability and genuine teamwork.

Provide Administrative support to our Project Team, working closely with leaders and crews to enable safe, efficient and compliant delivery.

Responsibilities (not limited to the following)

• Provide administrative support to site management and staff, including roster management, leave management, travel and accommodation coordination
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement
• General data entry
• Raise requisitions and receipt purchase orders as required
