As a Simulation Intern at ASM, you will support simulation, DOE studies and predictive reduce-order modeling to accelerate semiconductor engineering analysis
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field
Strong background in numerical modeling and simulation
Experience with CFD and/or multi-physics simulation tools preferred
Familiarity with DOE, data analysis, and scripting (Python, MATLAB, or similar)
Exposure to or interest in model reduction techniques (e.g., ROMs, surrogate modeling)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
