Signage Production Operator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Signage Machine Operator to join our production team.

The role involves operating printing and cutting machines for signage fabrication, including acrylic cutting, sticker printing, UV printing, CNC, and laser cutting processes.

The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production, accuracy, and timely completion of signage and branding materials in accordance with project specifications.

Operate and maintain signage production machines such as UV printers, laser cutting machines, CNC routers, plotters, and acrylic cutting equipment.

Prepare and set up materials, machine parameters, and production files according to approved drawings and specifications.

Perform printing, cutting, engraving, lamination, and fabrication works for signage and branding materials.

Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of all produced items before release to fabrication or installation teams.

Monitor machine performance and conduct routine cleaning, calibration, and basic maintenance.

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with technical support when required.

Minimize material wastage and maintain efficient production output.

Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment.

Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and proper handling of tools, materials, and machinery.

Coordinate with designers, production supervisors, and fabrication teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet client and company quality standards.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification is an advantage.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in signage production, printing, or fabrication operations.

Experience operating UV printers, CNC routers, laser cutting machines, plotters, or acrylic fabrication equipment.

Basic knowledge of signage materials, acrylic works, vinyl application, and production processes.

Familiarity with design and production software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or AutoCAD is an advantage.

Ability to read technical drawings, production files, and measurements accurately.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper machine handling.

Physically fit and capable of handling production materials and equipment when required.
