Responsibilities
- Design and produce signage concepts, layouts, and graphics that align with client brand guidelines and project specifications
- Create artwork for various formats (indoor and outdoor signage, banners, display stands)
- Prepare files for print and ensure color, typography, and proportions are consistent and accurate
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are technically feasible
- Review proofs, make necessary adjustments, and maintain organized design assets
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Strong skills in signage and graphic design
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles
- Hands on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw
- Knowledge of digital printing processes and large format production constraints
- Ability to interpret client briefs and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and visual problem solving skills
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant signage and graphic design work
- Ability to operate printing machinery in emergencies is an added advantage

Role Description
- The Signage and Graphic Designer is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The person will design and produce signage concepts, layouts, and graphics that align with client brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Daily tasks include creating artwork for various formats, preparing files for print, and ensuring color, typography, and proportions are consistent and accurate.
- The designer will collaborate with the production team, review proofs, make adjustments, and maintain organized design assets.
- The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, meet deadlines, and maintain visual quality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in SIGNAGE and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual concepts for signage and branding materials.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and applying brand identities across multiple formats.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to ensure clear, readable, and visually balanced designs.
- Hands on experience with industry standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Coral Draw) and pre press preparation.
- Knowledge of digital printing processes, materials, and large format production constraints.
- Ability to interpret client briefs, work accurately under time constraints, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, visual problem solving skills, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant signage and graphic design work.
- Ability to operate Printing Machineries in case of emergencies will be an added advantage.
