Responsibilities
- Assess, design, and implement new products and services through releases on Oracle Siebel Open UI for Mass Market and EBU CRM.
- Lead and manage Vodafone and third-party development resources in Agile projects.
- Supervise the team and assign and track PBIs.
- Lead assessment of Open UI impacts for business projects.
- Ensure the Siebel Open UI team follows industry best practices and domain design guidance.
- Prepare RFCs and change requests for Service Management according to SLA requirements.
- Work with the Scrum Master and Product Manager on sprint and deployment planning.
- Train new team resources on the existing technical framework and functionalities.
- Support test teams and business product managers throughout release testing.
- Support deployment by writing deployment guides and raising RFCs.
- Collaborate with the wider team to design and implement capability enhancements.
- Report design and build risks or issues to the CRM Domain Manager and support analysis of live-environment issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent with software development experience.
- Seven to ten years of experience in product and solution development in a telecommunications company or technology vendor with a telecommunications focus.
- Completed Siebel Open UI Foundation Course.
- Knowledge of Siebel Open UI user interface and architecture, including the Open UI manifest and its administration.
- Understanding of presentation models and how to apply client-side logic.
- Knowledge of physical renderers and the Siebel mobile interface in connected and disconnected modes.
- Ability to administer Siebel Open UI customizations, including themes, cascading style sheets, and Open UI desktop applications.
- Ability to debug as needed.
