Shuttle Dispatcher

Direct and coordinate the activities of milk shuttling to/from the plant facility

• Interact with Customer Employees to assure prompt and efficient movement of product
• Interact with drivers at shuttle window to ensure accuracy of load information
• Enter Data information into company and non-company software in real time basis
• Monitor status of shuttle drivers and shuttle loads at plant facility
• Maintain communication with management on status of all shuttle loads
• Prepare and continually update all required reports including status reports daily reports inbound/outbound reports, etc.
• Continually monitor and track the location of trucks and trailers through computerized tracking software
• Utilize internet-based applications for monitoring
• Promptly and professionally respond to all inquires and directives from company and customer representatives
• Accurately and timely complete all reports and forms required by customer and/or company
• Act professionally and ethically at all times
• Keep immediate work area safe, clean, and organized at all times
• Other duties as may be assigned

Education or training in distribution, transportation, or another related discipline OR in lieu of training minimum 1+ years of experience within the distribution or transportation industry is required.
