- Conduct daily sales meetings to monitor activities and progress
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Maintain showroom display and hygiene standards
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring legal and compliance adherence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in operational management
- Strong experience in automotive sales
- Expertise in sales processes, customer engagement, and finance handling
- Leadership and coaching skills for team performance improvement
- Knowledge of banking and financial processes
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
