Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide visitors through the showroom, understand their workspace needs, and present suitable office furniture and design solutions
- Explain product features and specifications, prepare quotations, and support clients from initial inquiry through order confirmation
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom and coordinate with design and operations teams on deliveries and installations
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, meet sales targets, maintain accurate records in sales system, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
Requirements
- Strong showroom sales experience with solid product knowledge and familiarity with showroom environments
- Proven focus on customer satisfaction with track record of delivering high quality customer service
- Excellent communication skills including active listening, clear presentation, and professional correspondence
- Ability to understand basic space planning concepts and interest in interior design or office solutions
- Comfort working toward sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., MS Office; Microsoft Dynamic Business Central experience is an advantage)
- Previous experience in furniture, interiors, or related retail/showroom sales preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly advantageous
