Role overview

LEICHT Jeddah is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the team, strengthen sales performance, and uphold the standards of a premium German kitchen brand.

Key responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and design team.
Follow up on leads, showroom visitors, quotations, and client projects.
Review kitchen designs and production orders.
Maintain premium showroom and visual-merchandising standards.
Monitor CRM activities, conversion rates, collections, and sales reports.
Coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams.
Build relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Experience in kitchen, furniture, interior design, luxury retail, or related sectors is required.
Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills are required.
Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up capabilities are required.
Proficiency in English, MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems is required.
A bachelor's degree or relevant technical qualification is required.
Premium kitchen sales or design experience is a strong advantage.
