Customer and Sales Support
- Welcome customers, visitors, business partners, and scheduled guests and provide attentive assistance throughout each visit.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budgets, and intended use through professional conversations.
- Introduce relevant products, services, features, promotions, and available solutions.
- Provide accurate product information and coordinate demonstrations where applicable.
- Support Client Advisors and Sales Consultants with customer engagement, follow-ups, appointments, and showroom activities.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations, demonstrations, and product presentations.
