We are looking for a Full-Time, Permanent Showroom Design Representative.

The primary responsibilities include greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner and providing courteous customer service in person or over the phone.

• Greets clients in a professional friendly manner
• Answers phones, book appointments, stock checks, assisting fellow colleagues when needed.
• Performs customer service duties when needed.
• Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and informing them about products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.
• Responds to customer inquiries timely and appropriately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
