Job Purpose
Coordinate the day-to-day administration and operations of the showroom.
Manage stock control, vendor documentation, logistics, e-commerce orders, project preparation, showroom maintenance, and lead management.
Ensure inventory, documentation, shipments, customer records, and project requirements are accurately coordinated and recorded.
Showroom Stock and Inventory
- Record all incoming and outgoing showroom stock in the inventory system.
- Monitor supplies, pantry items, packaging, stationery, project tools, and other operational requirements.
- Arrange replenishment at minimum stock levels and conduct physical stock checks.
- Report shortages, damages, and inventory discrepancies.
Vendor and Purchase Administration
- Coordinate vendor purchases, deliveries, quotations, and required documentation.
- Maintain complete vendor records and supporting documents.
- Verify supplier invoices against UAE FTA requirements before submitting them for accounting and payment.
- Follow up on incomplete or incorrect invoices, delivery notes, quotations, and related documents.
