Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new property owners and partners to expand LOMA's portfolio of luxury vacation homes
- Prospect and meet potential property partners, presenting LOMA's value proposition
- Negotiate and close agreements with property owners
- Coordinate onboarding of new properties with internal teams
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitive offerings, and collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize pricing, occupancy, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and prepare performance reports
- Represent LOMA at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals
- Relationship management capabilities, with experience in client facing roles, stakeholder communication, and long term partnership building
- Knowledge of real estate, hospitality, or short term rental markets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work on site, conduct property visits, attend meetings across Dubai
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, real estate brokerage, or similar customer centric industry

Role Description

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
- Ability to work on site, conduct property visits, attend meetings across Dubai, and represent the brand professionally.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, real estate brokerage, or a similar customer centric industry is highly beneficial.
- Self motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with clear performance goals.
