Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Shopfloor Engineer for a precast concrete manufacturing facility.
The role requires hands-on experience in precast concrete production and a strong understanding of shopfloor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily precast production activities.
- Monitor shopfloor production, manpower, and workflow.
- Ensure production follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, planning, and site teams.
- Monitor mould preparation, reinforcement, casting, demoulding, and finishing activities.
- Identify and resolve production issues and improve shopfloor efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shopfloor Engineer in a precast concrete factory.
- Hands-on experience in precast concrete production.
- Precast industry experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of precast production processes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production activities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
