Requirements

  • 5-10 years of Welding experience in a heavy industrial or custom fabrication environment.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Shop Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a fabrication or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Valid Journeyperson Welder certification is preferred.
  • CWB Level 1 and/or Level 2 Inspection certifications will be considered an asset.
  • ​ Lead a skilled team in a state-of-the-art fabrication facility, playing a crucial role in delivering high-quality custom structural steel products.
