We are looking for a highly organized Shop supervisor to create production schedules and oversee production & project processes while leading the team with excellent leadership skills.

Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that equipment is functioning correctly and that health and safety protocols are adhered to.

To be successful as a Shop Supervisor you must be able to multitask and oversee several operations at a time.

• Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
• Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
• Implement, control and review the production schedule
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
