Hawk Machine Works Ltd are actively seeking a Shop Supervisor for our busy machine shop at our Edmonton location.
Duties
will include but not be limited to:
Day to day supervision of 10 to 15 staff members
Coordinating with Team Leaders, QA and Shipping to monitor workloads and maximize efficiency on the shop floor.
Ensure team members on the shop floor are following appropriate instructions to complete machining of parts.
Provide on the job training/coaching where necessary and support to team members
Attend daily production meetings
Follow all OHS policies
Work with QA to ensure all quality procedures are adhered to.
Communicate with team members and management sincerely, clearly and promptly in response to inquiries
