I. Weekly Work Schedule & Hour Allocation

• The standard work commitment is 7 hours per shift, 6 days per week.
• For evening shifts, the standard commitment is 6 hours per shift.
• During busy periods or special events, additional hours may occasionally be required based on operational needs.
• **Active Roster:**
• Shifts are generally scheduled for 6 hours of active duty.
• **The "7th Hour" Policy:**
• While we allow time for commute, the full 7-hour daily commitment is required during pop-ups, outside events, or high-traffic periods.
• This ensures we are fully staffed when the work is most demanding.
• **Departure:**
• You are required to be at the workstation/site 30 minutes after the shift, for Remaining customers & closing.

Standard Roster

• Sunday: 16:00 – 22:00 (6h) / OR/ OFF
• Monday: 16:00 – 22:00 (6) /OR / OFF
• Tuesday: 16:00 – 22:00 (6h)
• Wednesday: 16:00 – 22:00 (6h)
• Thursday: 16:00 – 22:00 (6h)
• Friday: 16:00 – 23:00 (7h)
• Saturday: 16:00 – 22:00 (6h)

II. Benefits & Terms

• **Accommodation:**
• Includes live-in accommodation.
• Please note that accommodation is included as part of the package.
• If you choose not to use the accommodation provided, the package salary will remain unchanged and cannot be adjusted.
• **Transport:**
• Occasional transport with the company driver is provided, subject to the driver's availability and priority duties.
• **Annual Leave:**
• 21 days of annual leave is granted after completing one full year of service.
• **Probationary Period:**
• A 3-month probation period must be completed.
• **Sponsorship & Health:**
• Upon successful completion of probation, and subject to performance review for permanent placement, health insurance and a sponsorship transfer will be provided.

III. Flexibility & Remote Work

• **Mandatory Flexibility:**
• Working hours and locations are certainly not fixed.
• You will be required to perform remote work in different locations and facilitate birthday parties in client homes, hotels, or apartments.
• Participation in these off-site assignments is mandatory & during special holidays; there is no discussion on this requirement.
