About the Role
AVE Café is seeking an experienced Shisha Crew to prepare and serve premium quality shisha, create flavor mixes, and maintain equipment hygiene. Candidates need 1-2 years of experience as a Shisha Master in Dubai and fluent English.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium quality shisha with consistency and excellent presentation
- Create and recommend flavor mixes based on guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all shisha equipment and preparation areas
- Provide excellent customer service and engage professionally with guests
- Monitor stock levels of tobacco, coal, and accessories
- Follow safety and hygiene standards during preparation and service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shisha Master
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, or lounges in Dubai preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
