Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping and logistics activities.
- Support inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipments, deliveries, pickups, and transportation schedules.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and warehouses.
- Provide shipment updates and follow up on pending activities.
- Verify shipment details, quantities, destinations, and documentation.
- Identify delays, discrepancies, and documentation issues.
- Support import, export, and customs documentation.
- Update shipment information in ERP or logistics systems.
- Prepare shipping reports, trackers, and operational updates.
- Help improve shipping processes and operational efficiency.
